Orbitude ("the Game") is developed by SwanAngel. This privacy policy explains how the Game handles user data. We do not run any servers for the Game, and we do not collect, sell or share your personal data.
Orbitude does not directly collect, store or transmit any personal data. The Game does not collect personal information such as name, email or location.
The Game stores your progress (best scores, statistics, stardust, upgrades, ships, discovered atlas entries) and settings (sound, music, haptics, screen shake) locally on your device, in the app's private storage. This data never leaves your device, except as part of your own Android device backup if you have backup turned on, and it is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the Game submits your scores to leaderboards, shows the leaderboards inside the Game and unlocks achievements. Google Play Games handles your gamer profile (gamer name and avatar), your scores and achievements, and may collect diagnostics and usage data about these features, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to this data beyond what the leaderboards show to every player. You can control your profile's visibility and delete your Play Games data in your Play Games profile.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play. All payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not have access to your payment information. The Game receives a confirmation of each purchase from Google Play, which it keeps on your device only to make sure every purchase is delivered once.
The Game contains no ads and no analytics or tracking SDKs. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone or files.
The Game requests the following permissions:
Uninstalling the Game deletes all data stored on your device. Settings > Reset progress clears your records, statistics, atlas and tutorial while keeping your stardust, upgrades and ships. Play Games data can be deleted from your Play Games profile.
The Game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal data from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
