Avalanche Roll – Privacy Policy

Avalanche Roll ("the game"), by SwanAngel, is a single-player arcade game for Android. This policy explains what data the game handles. In short: the game itself collects no personal information. Ads, purchases and the optional leaderboards and achievements are provided by Google, which processes some data as described below.

Data stored on your device

Your progress (best scores, coins, unlocked skins, Lodge trophies, settings and whether you bought Remove Ads) is stored only on your device. It is not sent to us. Android's own backup may include it in your Google account backup if you have device backup turned on. Uninstalling the game deletes it; "Reset progress" in the settings clears your progress (it keeps your settings and the Remove Ads purchase).

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads through Google AdMob: an optional rewarded ad (to continue a run or double your snowflakes) and, occasionally, a full-screen ad between runs. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process device and usage information such as the advertising ID, IP address, device model and operating system, app interactions with ads, and diagnostic data. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, and in other regions where it is required, the game asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the game's Settings ("Privacy options"). You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. Google's use of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Leaderboards and achievements (Google Play Games, optional)

If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the game submits your best score and your longest run to its leaderboards, shows those leaderboards inside the game and unlocks achievements. Google Play Games handles your gamer profile (gamer name and avatar), your scores and achievements, and may collect diagnostics and usage data about these features, in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. We do not have access to this data beyond what the leaderboards show to every player. Signing in is optional; the game is fully playable without it. You can control your profile's visibility and delete your Play Games data in your Play Games profile. The game also keeps a list of the achievements you earned on your device, so it can send them again when you sign in.

Purchases (Google Play Billing)

The optional "Remove Ads" purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details. The game only receives a confirmation that the purchase exists, to turn off full-screen ads.

Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13.

Data we collect

We, the developer, do not collect, store or sell any personal data. There are no accounts of our own and no analytics of our own. The only online features are the ads, the purchase and the optional Google Play Games leaderboards and achievements described above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
